Shipping policy

All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business* days following their successful payment and shipped with Canada Post according to the shipping method the client has selected.

Cardstockheroes will not take responsibility for lost or damaged packages when using the First Class shipping option.  The option for expedited shipping is available upon checkout, which includes tracking information and fully insures any order.

Note: We may require a few additional business days during periods of high volume of orders, such as the holidays or special release days. In the event there is any shipping delay please check in on our website as well as social medias in order to keep updated on when shipping will be done.
