PAYMENT OPTIONS?

Please note that we offer an array of payment options which allows our customers to enjoy purchasing their TCG and Collectibles. We plan to offer crypto in the near future as one of our other payment types.

WHERE IS MY ORDER?

Orders will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days.  

Orders containing pre-order items will be held until all products in the order have been released.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?

We currently ship Canada wide and use Canada Post as our courier service.

Singles orders are sent by bubble mailer without tracking when under the $100.00 threshold.

MY ITEM IS DAMAGED/LOST/STOLEN/MISPLACED... WHAT NOW?

Cardstock Heroes is not liable for Stolen, Misplaced or Lost orders that have been marked as shipped. These orders are no longer within our inventory or control once they have been handed over to our shipping courier for delivery.

Cardstock Heroes will first review all claims of damaged items. Please send a description and any photos to info@cardstockheroes.com to begin the review process. Imperfections, small dents, small tears, scratches, scuffs on factory sealed products are normal and compensation will not be provided for these types of cosmetic imperfections. This is in conjunction with our return policy conditions. Unfortunately, the  wrapping with TCG and collectibles are not always 100% perfect.

PRODUCT SOURCING?

All our products are sourced from Canadian distributors, personal collection buyouts, and other retail outlets. Any products that we carry will be the best deal that we can provide to our customers based on our costs.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

We DO NOT accept returns on any Trading Card Game item OR any opened items.

NON-Trading Card Game items can be returned for a refund less shipping & handling and a 10% restocking fee.     


We also will not be refunding any Crazy Deal Bin items, special orders items, or discounted items as these are ALL Final Sale!


We do not offer any product exchanges.

CANCEL MY PRE-ORDER!

Cancellation of all Pre-Orders for Trading Card Game Sealed Product and/or Sports Card Products will incur a 10% processing fee calculated based on total order value before taxes. Release date delays, product allocations, other logistics, production or distribution factors that are out of our control will not serve as reasons to circumvent this policy. Orders that contain multiples of the same item and are deemed for resale/speculative purposes may also be subject to the 10% processing fee at managements discretion.

CAN YOU COMBINE OR SPLIT MY ORDER?

We will not be combining or splitting any orders placed. Unfortunately, once an order has been placed it is in the system and will be carried through. Also, please note that any order will be sent out once ALL of the requested items have been received.

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?

Please contact us at info@cardstockheroes.com to make a request to an order that has been placed. As orders come in our team will be packaging and shipping orders as soon as we can fill them. This being the case, once an order has been marked shipped, it has already left our hands and cannot be changed!

IMPORTANT

Orders may be subject to a name, address, and/or phone verification with the issuing bank of the credit card. If there are any discrepancies or errors that arise from this process we will attempt to contact you first to resolve the issue. Credit or Debit cards issued outside the USA or Canada are not accepted as we cannot perform this step if necessary.

At our discretion we may include a Card For Pickup or Signature option for higher valued orders. This is a typical practice to help inhibit the theft of items delivered to addresses. This acts as insurance/seller protection and also prevents the theft of orders left on doorsteps.

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL AN ORDER FOR ANY REASON. IF WE DO YOU WILL RECEIVE A FULL REFUND.

 

Our In Person Meetup Areas

We are located in Toronto, Ontario and ship most of our orders but for our customers who are local to us, we can arrange to do in person meetups until our brick and mortar location is established! Message us for more info.
